Restaurant bookings on Friday and Saturday nights require a $20 pp preauthorization booking guarantee.
If you do not wish to adhere to the cancellation policy, you can choose to walk in and see if we have a table available without a booking or choose an alternative day or time for the bookings (Wednesday or Thursday dinner or Friday, Saturday lunch, and Sunday dinner).
The booking guarantee is non-refundable within less than 12 hours of cancellation notice.
All refunds are done holding credit card and transaction fees. The fees may vary from the deposit fee and bookings types.
GROUP BOOKINGS CANCELATION POLICY
Increase of guest numbers – Need to be advised 48 hours before the arrival of your reservation to ensure seating
Decrease in guest numbers – Need to be advised 7 days before the event date. Failure to do so will result in full
charges for the number of guests booked.
Cancellation/No-show – Cancellation/no-show must be made 2 weeks prior to your reservation. Failure to do
so will result in a 50% charge of your deposit. A cancellation notice of one week or less will result 100% charge of

Credit card payments are processed over the secured Stripe payments and are never stored or seen at La Sosta.
