Submitting a  booking enquiry you are accepting booking terms and conditions. Degrease in guests numbers must be advised at least 12 hours prior to the reservation time. Group bookings decrease in guests numbers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the booking day and time.

Collecting phone numbers and emails we never pass it to the third party and keep it securely.

Purpose of Collection.

We collect data to contact our customers in regards to the bookings and requests, submitted by customers, or to provide our rare events notifications.

We may use your contact details to providing you with information about other services that we offer that may be of interest to you. We never spam or send promotional emails if you have not requested it. La Sosta does not keep any provided phone numbers and does not pass it to third parties.

Credit card payments are processed over the secured Stripe and Paypal payments and are never stored or seen at La Sosta.

The information on the website and browsing sessions are secured by internet safety electronic protocol SSL.

Failure to provide information.

If the personal information you provide to us is incomplete or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you, or someone else you know, with the services you, or they, are seeking. Please, ensure to enter your email correctly, so we can get back to you via this address.

Restaurant bookings on Friday and Saturday nights require $20 pp reauthorization booking guarantee.

If you do not wish to adhere to the cancellation policy, you can walk and see if we have a table available without a booking in or choose an alternative day or time for the bookings, e.g. Wednesday or Thursday dinner or Friday, Saturday, Sunday lunch and Sunday dinner.

Booking guarantee is non-refundable within less than 12 hours cancellation notice.


Please, use the link you have in your booking confirmation email, our electronic booking system is available 24/7. We may be not able to take cancellation over the phone.
